The Bio21 Institute is popular as a venue for a variety of events. We have hosted milestone events such as the University's launch of the Melbourne Model, award ceremonies, conferences, special seminars, community awareness and industry engagement programs.
State-of-the-art conference facilities include a 200 seat auditorium with in-house audio and visual equipment and an adjoining atrium space for breakout and displays.

- Two ceiling mounted data projectors and two screens
- Lectern with touch panel central controls, equipped with Windows and Macintosh operating systems and control for all audio-visual and lighting.
