The Bio21 Institute's Research Transfer Facility (RTF) provides academic and industry researchers with access to the Institute's technology and expertise through:

• Flexible bookings of bench space in one of three 'visitor laboratories'
• Flexible access to core platform technologies that support drug discovery and related activities
• Access to specialist seminars and training programs.

Life Sciences Laboratory

The Life Sciences visitor laboratory includes specialist equipment for molecular and cell biology work with a focus on proteomics, cell culture facilities, fumehoods, autoclaves, fermentation and other shared amenities.

Chemistry Laboratory

The Chemistry visitor laboratory includes large fumehoods for synthetic chemistry and specialist equipment for analytical chemistry.

Nanobiotechnology Laboratory

The Nanobiotech visitor laboratory includes access to advanced electron microscopes and related specialist equipment and HEPA-filtered clean room for nanobiotech work.
