Bio: Oliver Wilhelmi is Application Specialist for SEM and DualBeam instruments at the FEI Nanport in Acht. He graduated in experimental physics from the University of Kaiserslautern in 1995 and obtained his PhD in physics in 1999 at the Justus Liebig University Giessen. He joined FEI in 2004 and is working on the integration of FIB patterning into nanofabrication processes. Download the flyer for more information.
The Bio21 Institute's $10m Electron Microscopy Unit is a key facility designed for physical sciences, life sciences and engineering applications. The unit is equipped with five state-of-the-art electron microscopes including the FEI Nova DualBeam focused ion beam system. Users from academia and industry are able to access the technology on a fee for use basis. Visit our EM Unit website.
